Winn and the San Francisco Giants agreed to a three-year, $23.25 million extension Tuesday, which locks up the veteran outfielder through 2009. He gets a $3 million signing bonus in addition to his $5 million salary already in place for 2006. He is expected to make $4 million in 2007, $8 million in 2008 and $8.25 million in 2009.
