DeRosa was activated from the 15-day disabled list Sunday by the Rangers, who optioned outfielder Adam Hyzdu to Triple-A Oklahoma. DeRosa has been sidelined since April 15 with a sprained left foot. He was hitless in two at-bats before being injured and sent to Oklahoma on a rehab assignment. In three games with the RedHawks, he went 6-for-12.
