Guzman underwent successful shoulder surgery Monday to repair a tear in his right shoulder. The Washington shortstop has been on the 15-day disabled list since March 27 and will miss the rest of the season, but is expected to be 100 percent for spring training in 2007. Guzman will return to Washington Thursday and begin rehabilitation immediately.
