Tampa Bay traded Hall, left-hander Mark Hendrickson and $1 million to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday for pitcher Jae Seo, catcher Dioner Navarro and a player to be named. Hall, a 30-year-old catcher, hit .231 with eight homers and 23 RBIs in 221 at-bats over 64 games for the Devil Rays this season. "Toby is an experienced catcher who will serve us well both behind the plate and off the bench," Dodgers general manager Ned Colletti said. (Updated 6/27/2006) Analysis: Hall has a .262 career batting average and has thrown out 35 percent of would-be basestealers.
