Youkilis returned to the Boston lineup on Tuesday, going 1-for-4 with an RBI double in a 4-3 loss to the Los Angeles Angels. The first baseman missed one game after jamming his ankle and getting spiked in the hand during an 8-5 loss to the New York Yankees on Sunday.
