Williams and fellow Jazz rookie Robert Whaley were cited by police on Wednesday for giving false names to a peace officer. The two players were involved in a fight outside a bar in Park City, Utah, on Sunday night when a group of Denver Nuggets fans approached the two players and said they didn't like the Jazz.

Analysis: Williams started on Wednesday against the Blazers and had nine point and nine assists after missing Monday's game with an ear infection. The misdemeanor charge of providing false information carries a penalty of up to 90 days in jail and a fine of up to $750.
