Andrew Bynum
Bynum has signed with the Los Angeles Lakers. Reportedly, the deal is worth about $3.8 million over two years and includes club options for the third and fourth seasons. The 17-year-old center, who was the 10th overall pick in this year's draft, is the youngest player ever selected. As a senior at St. Joseph High School in New Jersey last season, he averaged 22 points, 16 rebounds and five blocked shots.

Analysis: The Lakers have put off the decision on whether or not to exercise the option in Vlade Divac's contract until after they've had a chance to see Bynum take part in Summer League play. Bynum might not start right away, but at his age, he has plenty of time to develop and learn the ropes of the NBA.
