Ronde Barber
Barber signed a five-year contract extension late Wednesday with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 10th-year cornerback was entering the final of a six-year contract he signed in 2000. The new deal is worth up to $24 million.

Analysis: Barber is hoping this contract extension gives him the opportunity to finish his career with the Bucs. Last season Barber, 31, became the NFL's first cornerback to record 20 career interceptions and 20 career sacks. His streak of 103 consecutive starts is also the longest among all NFL cornerbacks.
