Jeff Halpern
Halpern signed a four-year deal with the Dallas Stars on Wednesday after spending all six career seasons with Washington. The 30-year-old center had 11 goals and 33 assists during the 2005-06 season and served as Washington's captain. "Jeff is a versatile center who adds solid leadership and experience to our roster," Stars general manager Doug Armstrong said.
