Vitaly Vishnevski
The Ducks signed defenseman Vitaly Vishnevski to a one-year contract, the team said Sunday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed but were reached through arbitration, the team said.

Analysis: Vishnevski, 26, played in all of the Ducks' 82 regular season games last season and had one goal and seven assists. The native of Kharkov, Russia, was selected in the first round and fifth overall in the 1998 NHL draft.
