Fedor Tyutin
The Rangers and Tyutin agreed to terms Wednesday on a two-year contract. Tyutin, who was a restricted free agent, will earn $950,000 in the upcoming season and $1.025 million in 2007-08.

Analysis: The 23-year-old blue-liner had six goals and 19 assists in 77 games last season. He was first among New York defensemen with four power-play goals, tied for first in overall goals, and second in scoring with 25 points.
