Ryan Malone
Malone was awarded a two-year, $2.75 million contract by an arbitrator on Wednesday. According to Pittsburgh general manager Ray Shero, the Penguins' forward is slated to earn $1.3 million for the 2006-07 season and $1.45 million for the 2007-08 season. Malone earned less than $1 million last season while posting 22 goals and 44 points in 77 games for the Penguins.
